The Leadville 100 is a tough, challenging race for the distance, 10-12K foot altitude and the 13,000 vertical feet of climbing. It is however, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the challenge that Doug is going through today. Reading Doug's blog makes me realize the courage he is facing every day of his life.
